Order Status
- Can I cancel my order or make changes to it after it has been placed?
- Cancellation Requests are reviewed each day before orders are processed and we will work to honor any cancellation request, however, if the order has been processed, marked as shipped, or is in transit with the carrier, canceling the order will not be possible.
- I haven’t received a confirmation email after placing an order. What does this mean?
- The order confirmation should be sent within a few minutes, but sometimes there is a delay. If you have not received the email after 24 hours and you have checked it is not in your spam folder, please contact us so that we can check up on your order.
Shipping & Tracking
- How do I track my order?
- Tracking information is automatically sent to your email address once the item is shipped.
- How long does it take for my package to arrive?
- Standard Mail takes 2-6 Business Days.
Exchanges & Returns
- Do you accept returns/exchanges?
- SockWarsNYC is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you, the customer, ordered the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind.
- In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, SockWarsNYC offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

- Your Name, address, and contact information
- The Order Number
- A brief description specifying issue
- A clear photo showing the issue.
*Please note that SockWarsNYC will not be held responsible and will not offer reprints or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund. For DTG products, there is a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.*
